I got this and just assumed it would hold up for a while, but nope. It didn’t last long at all, so I’m guessing the quality just isn’t great.

I placed an order and just had a simple question about the delivery, so I emailed customer service thinking it would be an easy fix. Days went by and I didn’t hear anything back, which was really frustrating since I’d already paid.

I also tried using the contact form, but that didn’t really get me anywhere either. When I finally got any kind of response, it felt like they were acting like the issue was somehow my fault instead of actually helping me.

The products might be totally fine, but the support experience left a bad taste. I don’t think I’d order again unless they seriously improve how they communicate with customers.

My order showed up in this really flimsy bag, and the box inside was completely crushed. I don’t know if it got tossed around during shipping or what, but it looked rough. The items themselves were okay, thankfully, but the packaging just felt cheap and kind of careless

Good stretch. Snaps back well too. Holds my hair in place. Not too tight. Easy to wear.

I tried using it for my ponytail during workouts but it just wouldn’t stay in place. Kept slipping out, kinda annoying.

I’m not totally convinced these are the real invisibobble ones. The packaging looked a little strange, and the hair ties just don’t feel like the ones I’ve bought before. Maybe I’m wrong, but the whole thing feels off — make it make sense.

I kind of felt pressured to give it a try, but once I saw it in person, it just wasn’t my style. It looks a lot cheaper than I expected, and I don’t think I’ll end up using it...

I really wanted these to work, but they were disappointing for my thick hair. They don’t grip well, and after a short time my hair starts slipping out, which gets annoying fast. They also feel like they stretch out too quickly, so I’m not confident they’ll last. Maybe they’d be fine for thinner hair, but for me they just didn’t do the job.

I get headaches so easily from tight hair ties. Like, a few hours in and I’m done. These have been a lot better though. I can keep my ponytail in most of the day and it doesn’t feel like it’s yanking on my scalp the whole time. Still leaves a little mark here and there, but nothing too annoying. Shipping was normal, no issues. Solid 4 stars from me

Yeah, the shipping just took way too long. The tracking updates barely changed, and I kept checking every day like, okay, is it moving or not? I got tired of waiting, honestly. Probably not ordering from here again.

I really wanted to like these, but they just weren’t that comfortable for me. They felt a little tight around my wrist, and when I used them in my hair, they tugged more than I expected. After wearing one for a few hours, it started to get annoying. Maybe I’m just sensitive to that kind of pressure, but based on how they felt, I don’t think they’re a good fit for me.

My order showed up quick, so that was nice, but one of the colors wasn’t the one I picked. Everything else was fine and I can still use it, just kinda annoying because I wanted the exact set from the picture. Not a huge deal, but they should probably double check stuff better

I’ve been waiting for them to actually fix the issue with my order, but it still hasn’t been resolved. Maybe I’m missing something or didn’t explain it clearly enough, but from my side it feels like nothing has really been fixed yet.

I tried to return an order the whole return/refund thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions on the site weren’t very clear, and I kept having to go back and check that part again because I wasn’t sure what they actually wanted me to do.

The refund also took a lot longer than I expected, and the updates were barely helpful. After dealing with all of that, I don’t really feel like ordering from them again

I tried shopping on Invisibobble US and it was frustrating. The pages were slow, the menu felt awkward, and finding basic product details took way longer than it should have. My cart even glitched at one point, and it kind of felt like the site just wasn’t set up to help customers at all. I ended up giving up because I felt ignored and annoyed. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it was a mess

It’s okay. Holds up after showers. Gets stretched out when I swim, though.

I wear it on my wrist most days and it really doesn’t dig in or bother me. It’s comfy overall, though it can feel a little tight sometimes

I wanted to like these because they really do look cute, and I feel like clips like this used to hold my fine hair better. But these started sliding out quickly on me, and after wearing them for a few hours they left odd bends in my hair. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t buy them again

I bought these maybe a few weeks ago, or sometime last month, I can’t remember exactly, but they stretched out way faster than I expected. At first they were okay, but now they barely hold my hair anymore. For the price, I don’t think they’re worth buying again

I bought these invisibobble ties for my thick hair, and they do mostly fit, but they felt tight at first. They held my hair well and didn’t really slip, which I liked, but the first few times wearing them were a little uncomfortable. After I stretched them out a bit, they were better, but I wish they had been more comfortable right away. Overall, decent, but not perfect. 4 stars
